These crispy quesadilla dippers are a simple, family-friendly meal that turns a classic quesadilla into a fun, dunkable snack. Filled with melty cheese and your choice of shredded chicken or seasoned black beans, the tortillas bake up golden and crisp without needing to stand over a skillet. Serve them alongside salsa, ranch, guacamole, or sour cream for an easy meal that's made for dipping. 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 8 flour tortillas 
  • 2 cups shredded cheese 
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken or seasoned black beans (for a vegetarian, budget-friendly swap)
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil, melted 
  • Optional: ½ tsp taco seasoning 
  • Salsa, ranch, guacamole, or sour cream 

 

Steps: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment. 
  2. Fill tortillas with cheese and chicken (or beans), fold in half, and brush both sides with melted butter. 
  3. Arrange on the sheet pan and bake 6-8 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. 
  4. Slice each quesadilla into 3-4 dipper strips and serve with sauces in small bowls for dunking.
